To qualify for the incentive, the referred person must (i) be a new Ooma Telo customer, (ii) use the referral link provided and (iii) make a purchase directly from Ooma at https://www.ooma.com/ (third-party purchases are not eligible) prior to the referral's expiration. Customers will receive their USD $50 credit against the credit card used to activate Ooma Telo service, after the qualifying referral is confirmed and approved by Ooma. The device must be activated within two weeks of purchase and the activated account must be in good standing after 60 days, to qualify for the incentive. Customers may make referrals to as many persons in as many households as they wish, but the incentive is limited to the first two new customer accounts in any one household. Referring customers may only earn one referral credit per referred person. Please allow 2 weeks from qualification for your credit card to be credited. Customers may not refer anyone who has an existing Ooma account under an alternate e-mail address.
Any abuse of this offer, as determined by us in our sole discretion, may result in the rescission of the referring customer's referral credit and the referred person's credit as well as both parties' inability to participate in this or future promotions. Referral credit cannot be applied to previous purchases, combined with any other rebate or program, or redeemed for cash. This referral program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice in our sole discretion.
